Long island railroad isn't showing up for me in TSW 2 and I had it in TSW 2020. Also I can't see it when I go into game add ons

When I save my game halfway through a service and then turn off my Xbox and then go on it the next day to finish it and then it doesn't give me...
Class 800 for either an ECML route or Great Western Express, Eurostar sets for South Western highspeed. TPE Nova sets aswell would be cool.
Not sure if you can do this. It would be good to be able to shunt and couple up to different rolling stock and mix different locos for double heading.
