yes, so much so that the only projects currently being undertaken by dtg are the ny-stamford route and the DB BR 147 loco
I have to admit, even I, who am not a big fan of steam locos, was thrilled by the new TSG route
they're also working on metro rivals I'd even say that most of DTG own devs are focused on that, which is why TSW is in such a state of neglect
