i think you have to have the Sand Patch DLC to get it it layers in some of the freight cars from other DLCs since i own all the u freight DLCs

found a freight timetable on NYT today its a switching timetable you have to have sand patch dlc to have it ..it gives you CSX NS GP38 2 to use...
