The time currently is 3:15 on Monday the 29th of June. we are less than 24 hours away from shutdown, and there has been no announcements or...

I asked permission to make that thread on discord, and there was an agreement that as long as it remained speculation, it would be allowed,...

What?! I explicitly stated at the beginning of that thread that all must be treated as speculation…i complied with what you said… you even...

Would a separate “TSW - Leaks” thread be a more appropriate way to share it? If so, I will comply. And nothing would exit that. EDIT: after...

I guess that proves it’s real. I pushed my luck. The mods are quick to act. Anyway, moving forward.

It is approaching the 24 hour mark for the closing of general discussion. tomorrow is the perfect time for DTG to U-turn this decision. we must...

One of my Favourite Stations in TSW has got to be Preston on the BR blue routes. It connects with a wide range of routes, it has a large amount...

I must say the England V Panama game has left me in higher spirits. Well done!

A. It is not an argument, this is a thread that has NOTHING to do with DTGs issues and problems B. I explicitly stated in this thread that no...

It seems like negotiations between the Forums Community and DTG are underway. It seems like all eyes are on Monday, for the final verdict. A...

i would like to thank DTG for at least making notes and considering changes that could suit us better.

I’ll do this again, because I must admit I did get it wrong and my politics knowledge is baffling, I think some of the elderly in here are more...

Farewell Honourable Member. If DTG continues with this decision, I too will leave the forums, it’s not been an easy decision, but this is a...

Yeah, a fantastic explanation. And a good shoutout to the right honourable member OldVern, It’s good someone who is very prominent on the forums...

Train Sim Society’s video on the forums is coming at 6PM UK Time. this video will give everyone in the community a clear idea.

No clue, I’ve been watching too much politics again :D

it is now over a day after the DTG announcement. ayes to the right: 186 noes to the left: 9

Well, one things for certain, the discussion thread DEFINITELY lasted longer than a certain someone from Downing Street.

I would like to thank Train Sim Society he is, as I am typing this, soon about to complete a video discussing the forums situation in detail and...

oh the absolute irony, it’s okay if you say something sarcastic, but god forbid everyone else does! You are just as bad as the people you...

Let me correct you again! we are losing a key platform for communication and engagement with the community that has helped TSW since the beginning.

there’s no question about it, this is the beginning of the end of the forums.

On another note, I’m prepping for a thunderstorm tommorow. So that’s gonna be fun to sleep to

I apologise this has happened, I totally condemn that sort of behaviour, no matter how frustrating the situation is…

guys stop. don’t you get it? We’re proving DTG right by behaving this way. This is what they want. I have my grudges, but I’ve made my points...

discord and the forums both have their cons. But please, don’t turn this into a full blown war between the two. As someone who is in both this...

The TSC discord server have the right to speak about this situation. Was there really any need to escalate this situation further than to drag a...

it’s not CMs we should be pointing at directly, it’s who’s in charge.

I may have my grudges against this and DTG. But I feel like if we continue being too harsh, it could get locked, which gives them WAY more excuse...

Let me correct it for you. general discussion and off topic are important and key to communication in the community.

this isn’t directed at you as you are a spokesperson. if you don’t have the capacity to moderate the forums, then why even have it in the first...

I also notice this, might be just a coincidence, but the day after I create a TSW7 discussion thread, something like this happens… did DTG...

It’s a clear fact that DTGs position is untenable. We are going through a time now, where we are ALL witnessing them for who they are. Since the...

Exactly, I wanna talk about the UK weather there

I and other members will continue to speak our minds. No matter what happens.

I don’t think you have a full scale of what is happening here. DTG are REMOVING the ability to speak about the game in general. it’s deeply...

So far after 10 minutes. the poll to remove general discussion; Ayes to the right: 15 noes to the left: 1 A very high majority is predicted here.

Me, and I’m guessing a LOT of other members of the forums have voted no to it being deleted. we need to show DTG, that we as a community won’t...

The forums have united. Despite all our differences and opinions on how the game should be handled. Everyone on this topic has the same...

I think this announcement from DTG has been in flames BIG TIME A bit like the UK weather BECAUSE IT IS ROASTING

I have no idea what is worse, this announcement, or the England vs Ghana match last night that was a snoozefest.

Despite what I’ve said about DTG, there is still time to scrap the general discussion removal. If DTG want a better relationship with the...
