Goodness me, now not only Epic doesn't get the full list, now even that curated list gets stuff cut at launch. This is literally beating a dead...
Nice points you made here. I agree, we should keep this topic/thread alive until they do something to resolve this, so that awareness can keep...
Yeah, I understand. No worries. Anyway, continuing on, on my behalf at least, there's not much else to say about this, I can't think off the top...
I forgot that that it notifies everyone every time a new message appears, sorry about that. I'm used to typing elsewhere where notifications don't...
Yeah sure, sorry.
My top DLC that will be excluded is going to be stuff like Class 380/700, Cathcart, Edinburgh, like 80% of my rail tours, going to miss some...
This. They have a lot of people they are going to lose on Epic Games if this is how DLC is treated moving forward. I've done everything I can to...
We'll just have to accept it the way it is right now. It's in DTG's hands to tell us and give us updates. It was great at least trying to fight...
Yeah, totally respectable. Even with a priority list, this is years of TSW stuff I'm talking about. Costs thousands for me. I'm in a more cooked...
I respect that. However, in my situation, I'm cooked because I have 97% of the entire TSW franchise, it's going to cost me thousands, and I have a...
Alright, so they just talked about the Epic issue on stream. But nothing really new to be honest. The same, there's no timeframe as to when this...
We Epic Games players, especially those with a big collection, are going to boycott with our money if nothing is going to be done about it now or...
But all in all, rebuying is out of the option if you have 95-97% of the game bought which is 125-126 DLC in my case, even on sales, that's going...
Same for Epic Games, we're just gonna get the same answer from either of them if we contact both companies.
Oh man... I did the same thing. same result as you. It's going to be the same answer for everyone that contacts them about this. I mean, what are...
Let me make myself clear; we are upset, and you will likely lose me as a customer if this is what is going to happen, Epic or DTG, can one of you...
I know I've said this on other threads already, but DTG, please, can you offer a solution for the Epic DLC fiasco? It's clear that most, if not...
That's how I feel too, they both are telling me "idk" pretty much. Let's see what they have to say on it though.
Well, let's hope not but I wouldn't be surprised.. :| If it's serious enough where there's huge community backlash like this, there's no reason...
Roadmap stream today. Let's see what they have to say, and let's try asking them what's going on about this in the chat, hopefully they can see...
Compared to what DTG told me, which was that we can't migrate to Steam (we knew about this already) and that my concerns are being heard and...
Just an update: I contacted Epic Games about it, but they told me that they're also waiting for new information on this, and that I should contact...
No one knows the actual reason yet, but hopefully they explain it in the roadmap stream or something.
Do you think that maybe reporting this to Epic Games themselves in a ticket would do anything? It could warrant them to do something about this.
Well, no matter what, Epic or DTG, a solution is needed. True, it's most likely that Epic Games takes a lot of responsibility on this for possibly...
Wow, if this is all true, this is not a good look for either parties involved in this. I really want an explanation for all this, and ideally, a...
They're literally going to lose, maybe even 80%-90% of the Epic Games players, including myself by doing something like this for this iteration of...
Like I have a solution even if they can't do Steam keys. Just repackage the TSW 2 or even TSW 3 content into one single big game or something, I...
Like, can DTG give some courtesy to their loyal customers and do things that would help them stay on their platform, such as providing Steam keys...
But still, I suppose that Epic Games may face a different issue preventing certain DLC's from carrying over that's unrelated to DLC repackaging,...
Exactly, you see the problem with yearly releases? It has to be repackaged over and over again, and now this happens on Epic. See why players...
And obviously, it's unfeasible to rebuy 120+ DLC, which costs thousands, and start over a Dovetail Live profile that's over 1K+, which doesn't...
I am not very happy with DTG, or Epic, either way at all on this. I had no problems in the past, but now this is seriously a betrayal as a loyal...
They really need to explain what happened on the roadmap stream at least and what steps they're taking to move forward to make their best attempt...
As an Epic player with over 120+ DLC, this is seriously a slap in the face to me. I have less of a positive opinion about the game's future on...
I agree, this makes me really upset as a longtime Epic player who has most of the DLC. Why is Epic suddenly getting the short end of the stick...
I'm also really upset by this, because I have most of the add ons on Epic, and I even raised this issue in a ticket. However, they told me that...
