It seems that the medals are missing on all versions of the game. I have summited a ticket to the support team. Hopefully it Will be patched :).

It's the same on both consols. All the service mode trips don't have any medals like both sand patch and bakerloo.

If you spawn at markkleeborg-Grasschwitz at around 12 and start The service that way instead from the menu, it worked for me.
