I play on Ps5 and have the same problem but I was told if you spawn on foot all lights work which it did

LZB/PZB lights not working and also not been able to pick custom livers in timetable mode for the 101 and also wheel slip seems to happen to often...
Unfortunately extra layers are not possible on the console version for HRR due to memory issues and game performance and dtg disabled the layers...

Nah I wouldn't get it you can make your own 70s theme in GWE with the scenario planner using the 52&08 from WSR and 101 from ntp if you own them...
