If they don’t add switchers you could paint a livery on the Caltrain switcher. They are adding preserved collection to livery designer
That would be cool with the main freight railroad in that area being BNSF I’m not sure how licensing would work because BNSF does not allow any...

It’s 108 miles from dc to Richmond so if it were in TSW 2 I think it should from Richmond to Fredericksburg
Just look up RF&P subdivision and in images there should be a map with blue lines as the rails

This railroad runs from Richmond VA to Washington D.C goes through Ashland. Csx and Amtrak are on the rails 24/7 here(Ashland even has a railcam)....
