Glad I'm not the only one who noticed this!. Also, DtG, fix the damn 114 already!
The managed decline of TSW continues apace.
The 114 was broken is previous releases, this is true, however it was at least drivable, it's gone backwards, and is, at least for me, no longer...
How can the 114 still be broken?!?!?!
If you think a patch is going to fix the performance issues, I have some magic beans to sell you.
I would too, as for why?, I don't know, lack of time and resources to develop?, a conscious design decision?, no idea, but in the grand scheme of...
I guess it boils down to it being a gameplay thing?, TSC has guards, and I can't see any reason why, apart from giving the driver something (else)...
I, personally on XSX, think the performance is better than TSW4, but that's not saying much, it's never been great.
It's always lagged, and, at least in it's current format, always will.
Something that uses the 612, and I'm down.
Some people will moan about anything, most people are happy if they get what they paid for. Thier release history is littered with subpar and...
Apart from the bugs, the 114 is undriveable, and the cabcar for the 114 is broken, and the performance at the Frankfurt end, it's a solid route....
The trees, stutters and shadows are significantly more immersion breaking.
Yikes, I'll steer clear of it!
On Xbox the air brakes (outside of emergency stop) in the 114 loco don't work in, scenarios or any route played via rail journeys, but they will...
Is it as bad as the 114?
How heavy was the train?, you can quite easily work out the friction needed to be able to reduce the speed of the train (of that weight), I bet...
Next September, it will be called TSW6 (but it won't fix those issues)
Just got to the 114 section of the "journey", and blimey, how is it worse than TSW4?, in the scenario "No Pull!" only the electric brakes work...
Apart from the fact that myself, a Brit, voted for Germany.....
Rarely to never.
Are you making sure you're slowing down enough to hit the 160 restriction at the end of the LZB section? I'm not sure how it works IRL, but the...
Apart from the new routes, it's a marginal upgrade on 4, if at all, it still suffers with many of the same issues that 4 did, and to me at least,...
Cracking and popping.
This could be an interesting point, I know of a number of UK based, and not only games companies, who are really struggling to employ skilled...
Personally, I've found if you go to steam and download one of the (many) manuals for a TSC German route or train, you get a very good overview of...
Bad
Yeah, snap, crackle and pop, it's not nice at all.
It's not a bad route, personally, I'd wait for a sale rather than chucking thirty quid at it.
Not that I could find, the starter pack is essentially to only way to start it (on the xbox at least)
The AFB part is important, (although I am not sure you have to turn it off?), because the AFB won't work without you returning it to zero first.
Very helpful :)
In the gameplay guide, you can a table showing which addons are required for which services, my question relates to duplicated train types, and...
Thank you!
Fairly sure, no light or audible signal is triggered.
The weird part is, it's not something I ever experienced in previous iterations of the sim, despite similar setups, I am doing (very) slow speeds...
I am no expert on LZB/PZB or the ICE-T, but I have a question about it in relation to the Frankfurt line. Both LZB/PZB are on, LZB is available...
I'm just not convinced it's a priority.
In regards to WCML, 30 mins is enough for a completely barren and empty track with extremely limited AI, any longer and I'd fall into a coma.
One of the scenarios is an 8 car one, as it has you coupling two fours together.
If anyone wants to know how busy the WCML is, just have a look at the live traffic on here > Signalbox - Live Train Map You'll immediately see...
Because only the section between Donnie and Boro' is modelled, they'd have to model the entire route for you to do what you want to do.
Because the answer isn't what people here want to here, conflict resolution says don't give the issue air to breath, what I am surprised about is...
To compare, I ran a route in game, then watched the same route using the live railway mapper page online, the amount of traffic on the line IRL,...
Playing on series X, not encountered a crash yet.
My overriding thought when playing on the WCML is that it is just ultimately forgettable, there is nothing about it that raises it above any other...
It's not just ECS jobs, there are a number of other services that you can't "plat", mind you, this has been a thing going back a number of TSW...
To me it just looks exactly like TSW4, so if you aren't interested in the 5 only routes, it's definitely a legitimate option.
It's almost like it's the same game......
It's not particularly intuitive where it is, it's the sliders in the control settings, first thing I turned off.
Separate names with a comma.
