Well the BR422 was decent, that has cushioned the blow for RRO somewhat. The train in fact was the primary reason I'd bought it.
And now add to that, that the last three DLC felt like 3 new lows in a row. RRO - short af. ECW - short af, and bugged to hell OSD - even shorter...
I feel bad for the DTG folks who have no say in what gets made but keep finding themselves in the role of the messenger who keeps getting their...
In a legal sense, they may well have blood on their hands now. It will be interesting to see if somebody files a lawsuit, and how all the refunds...
Careful, I got an unfriendly PM from the admins for that ;)
Because that's not what they do. And let's face it, your side isn't exactly settling on people most definitely not enjoying the "sim" either, is it?
Pecoraro and his kind are a joke at this point in time. DTG almost literally selling only half the DLC that was promised, and what is there...
Even if you could, what would that help if there were ramdom buildings placed on the track hap-harzardly? These areas are definitely not meant to...
tl;dr: Too long, didn't read the feedback. Reading takes too much development time.
Except it would probably ony be Paisley to Gourock
They made that statement already I'd say, over and over again. "Takes too long to make." Maybe DTG should have listened to their own advise: [ATTACH]
And still "mostly positive" reviews on Steam... Looks like DTG needs to poison their customers' cats'n dogs so people finally treat them the way...
How did the announcement say again? "The yard is virtually a route in itself"? Except you can't drive it. Or at least walk it. I guess...
Time has spoken loud and clear.
Sounds like something DTG is capable of!
I remember how Matt said in a stream that "Grainger didn't sell well at all, so we're probably not going to return to Kansas anytime soon." Hate...
Holy Scot... Dovetail is burning through consumer goodwill at excessive levels, even for Dovetail. First the Canadian debacle over at TSW, then...
If only it was possible to create routes that appeal to all these kinds of players...
Yeah... TSW is... was... the trainsim I always dreamed of, but the way it is heading... not any more. I'm no casual trainsimmer, at least not...
Well what good is that if new features are never ever implemented into older routes... Rapid transit and GWE still don't have destination panels...
It works wonders! :)
Another bot.
"You people don’t realize that the distance between the end points doesn’t equal the total route length." - I'm very well aware of that...
Can't always be 100 miles? Well, can't always be 30 miles rather... Can we get the downvotes back, please?
Funny thing, this is the third DLC in a row (or at least something very close) that is picking up a suggestion of mine. I once proposed Hagen to...
Well technically I did suggest this very route: https://forums.dovetailgames.com/threads/lakeshore-west-line-toronto-hamilton.19075/ Except I...
Y'know what? I'm out. I've stuck with TSW out of hope it would get better in the future. Since this is not happening... I can as well uninstall...
Next twenty mile route... That's it. TSW is officially dead.
No we haven't. The only thing remotely British we have here is the class 66, but that also differs quite significantly from the ones found on the...
On more recent routes you can jump back on the platform anywhere, which would be a nice feature to retrofit the older routes with. But since that...
Hard to to when you're stuck between two freight cars. ;) On PC we have a hotkey for instantly returning to the cab, dunno if that exists on...
"Ephemeral Life Touched by a Billion-Year Show" Route: East Coastway Spaceship: Southern Class 377 [ATTACH]
Route: Ruhr-Sieg Nord Train: DB DoSto Cab Car [ATTACH]
It is you who seeks to recieve something, I don't care about Spanish train routes in a video game. Putting in the effort is your job therefore....
BR 155, Class 31 and the SD40 or what it was called beg to differ ;)
Oh come on DTG, you had tougher riddles in the past :D
I think it's pointless, I've put him on ignore.
My prediction is, your prediction will turn out wrong. Want evidence? Well then, show yours first.
I'm definitely not planning to use the editor myself. Nonetheless it is THE most important missing feature, no contest.
Nice shot indeed!
Nuclear trains FTW, I think there was only one ever! :)
Your capslock is stuck.
Absolutely. The new Portsmouth Direct is pretty much the gold standard of route DLC. Heck it even came with three different trains, two of which...
"We have created a throw away society." Objection, your honor! We have? I certainly haven't. I was born into such a society that generations...
Yep. Like I already said elsewhere: Where exactly did all that development time go that DTG blames, is the route cause for all that's wrong with...
"Time is just a concept, and always the first thing to fail."
Well the distance is actually correct. The AI drove the freight train while I walked over to Newhaven Town and then got on the other train as a...
You must switch on the system, they're off by default. How it is done varies from loco to loco of course.
DTG can't even make functional railway crossings for TSW and you want a tram where trains and cars share the same lane of the street? :)
[ATTACH] Look at these textures, that's not TSW standard. To be fair, it seems to have been revamped in some areas (platform textures for example)...
Separate names with a comma.
