The sound of buffers hitting each other hard can be reproduced easily. Derailments seem more random.

buffers are no longer correctly simulated and the hard hit between buffers pushes the train which can cause derailment.
I have this issue in TSW2 and it caused 2 derailments and many strange sounds already. Yesterday i read here its still present in TSW3.
