You have to hold the button open until the tank lid is fully open, then put the oil hose on it and wait until it is filled.

In the ticket they replied to me they listed a lot of bugs that they fixed in the game and wrote me to work on everything and that they will fix...
Be patient and try to wait for some of the upcoming updates, maybe solve most of these many bugs, the game is full of them and I hope they do...
I fully understand you, but with so many bugs in the game, many things seem impossible to complete properly! I did the same thing 5x and more, but...
