I do, but I still have to download it and install it :)
Just grabbed this.... had a quick play with it. Seems good!
Can you link to that? Must have missed it. I don't log into there as often as I used to. :(
I do exactly the same thing :) I also then move the files into a "AP to update" folder, and then move, not copy the files into my main AP storage...
Complaining about constant, free updates that improve the products? I own the entire catalogue and don't complain, despite some of these updates...
I think the issue I'm not quite getting is the file names. If I wanted to replace the veg on a JT route for example, there are no .bin files of...
Then the problem is my not just being able to find stuff, as I've replace the .bin files in Academy, and the new veg is not showing in the route....
But the AP trees look real... the DTG ones look completely unreal. Are we talking about the same trees here? You prefer this.... [ATTACH] to...
Not sure how else I'm supposed to think. For instance, the Cumbrian Coast route by On Track Simulations has no trees or indeed anything in it's...
I'm still a little confused about this process. For example, in the Railworks/assets/AP/Scenery folder, there's folders called Bush and Tree......
Yeah... they really needed to do this. That gradient thing was just over the top. I had no complaints about the brakes, but to have it pull hard...
Ok... all updates done. Why, I've no idea, but it seems better. Even with a really weak example (1600 amps, notch 5 <35mph) it reaching over...
LOL
Looking like there's an issue then. If an HST can only reach 125mph on level ground or going downhill, then it needs a service :)
Yeah, gonna do the updates later... see if it makes a difference, but none of those updates are actually for the MTU pack, so not sure what's...
Not intentionally, no. I'm just playing the scenarios that came with it, and a couple that I downloaded from ATS. This is also the same if I do a...
Is the power physics right for this pack? I'm struggling to maintain speed on the long 1:200 stretch between Alexandra Palace and Potter's bar...
I challenge you to do mine LOL
Let's hope that now all the major groundwork is done, it won't take as long to release the Valenta. I'm looking forward to that as well... perhaps...
OK.... not gonna lie.... that's pretty damned nice. [ATTACH]
I can remember where Moose Jaw is, you can remember where Bolton is :) Or where you referring to Bolton Street? That's in Bury.
Boston? That's in Lincolnshire.
Finally got around to playing with this route! Fantastic.
It depends if you just want to build a PC for just Train Sim though, as often processors with weaker per core performance can actually be faster...
It's not a very multi-threaded program, so whichever processor has the best single threaded performance would be my guess.
How's the 47 coming along? Very interested in that.
Yes... sounds odd indeed. I'm not sure why anyone would burn bridges that may be useful in the future. I can't see the sense in that, as we never...
yeah... having shots of both in the same thread, I do prefer Duncan's. The AP one looks great, as you can only expect from AP, and a one stop...
LOL. I still rate Duncan's shiny knob :)
Dunno.... looking good actually, and the correct cabs will have ATP. [ATTACH] Wobbly wiper blade washer tubing as well apparently. I do like...
I love the way people expect others to work for free. I know there are many who do create free things, but something like ATS has fixed costs...
There's no sign of an update on the ATS installer yet.
As the new AP HST is not released yet, I'm assuming they are not.
I can't wait for the update :)
It's good considering it's age, yes, but that's kind of the problem. Things that were good at the time, once surpassed by better releases, don't...
It would be difficult to actually be any worse than the Kuju cab LOL
Yep.... not using Duncan's is a massive mistake as the DTG one is plainly inferior, and not something I would associate with AP. dunkrez Can...
I hope not as the DTG LNER HST is terrible. If it's based on that I've just lost interest.
The DTG LNER HST is quite old now, and I'm sure it pre-dates Duncan's Modern HST Cab pack, so not sure that had anything to do with Duncan.
Just seen the latest newsletter. "Regarding the cab, you may have noticed we have been rather quiet about this, as whilst the MTU version of the...
You pay double. Duncan's pack is integral to the new AP HST, so I'm fairly certain you can't install it without it. I suppose we'll have to wait...
Don't forget... [ATTACH]
They're showing their age unless you have Dunc's modern HST cab addon, which will be included in the new version.
Oooh.... not long to go now then :)
RWEnhancer and ReShade, AP Sky and Weather EP, Cloud EP and Track EP, plus using AP rolling stock. Transforms the sim. [ATTACH]
I never got why people are so bothered about that. Am I missing something? Aren't all passenger scenarios timetabled? You leave at a posted...
More trains More liveries More routes Editable More third party content More realistic Doesn't try to be a "game".
I didn't make the scenario :)
With the AP pack. If you can't tell the difference, then perhaps you should save your money ;)
Default? You mean the default weather out of the box? Hell yes, it so much better. Not noticed a frame rate hit here, and I'm not exactly using...
