Very good news, this has made the vol 3 pack one I'll be buying when these services are added. MML is a great route now.
Those updates weren't 'official' DTG upgrades though, just upgrades done by a small group of DTG employees in their spare time.
I like the concept actually, though may I suggest a slight tweak to it, that being a vote for already existing routes to receive a refresh, seeing...
I'd pay JT to make Peterborough to York, in the late 70s. That would be the dream for me, would be a real throwback.
I haven't got the Dutch route, but WCMLOS is the best in the game by a relatively large margin.
It is, Matt even said after the release of SoS that it were a best seller!
But what I am saying is it is not us that should be adjusting, it is DTG who need to get back to the standards which they had 2-3 years ago. The...
It's all good and proper saying this, but at the same time it is DTG that build people's hopes up and actually why shouldn't people have an...
That's awful.
Some say Dovetail Towers has a room dedicated to those who have dared mention steam on the premisses deep below the ground. :D
The Peaks are a favourite of mine, especially the 46s when they would sneak down the ECML. I am sure this one is buzzing around heads already but...
NWC has surely got to have a peak on it. That would really top things off personally.
Although this seems to be a modern route, on the wrong side of the country I think I will keep my eye on it as the ambition is there. If its for...
None, I can't say I enjoy any of those routes.
Looking at the roadmap today, I think a glimmer of hope has been lost from the roadmap graphic. Hopefully it is not dead, dead, but this isn't the...
Not got Cardiff yet, but I am sure this will be a good addition.
A free pass into Dovetail towers, the issue is there won't be any tea as DTG can't work out how the kettles work so they decided to chuck them out...
You can't be serious, yes it had a shaky start, but after JT's routes MML is the best in game scenically I would say. I don't think many words are...
Sometimes you do a bloody good job at pretending to be one then mate! ;)
What were the message you put?
The problem is there hasn't been progression, from TSW4 I have only seen regression in the routes from DTG.
I think the fact you have to include TSW4 to say they have released some good routes says a lot. Personally DTG have not done anything recently...
DTG have really handled steam badly, not only halting future development but leaving the existing locos in game in a poor way and with promises...
:D:D Please do stay if there are more of those up your sleeve!
I feel you may have got the wrong thread with this post mate. Though to bite a little bit, personally I only know the 150s from them sat idling at...
Honestly out of the Rivet DLCs there aren't any I would buy again if my collection were lost, perhaps WCL would get a pass for the wagons to layer...
Yes. Sounds like the mrs' tumble dryer.
Agree with Coursetim, the fact Rivet did the route is not the problem and should not be what is focused on. The problem is the fact that Rivet...
You would think so, but knowing TSW there will be some complication somewhere!
I've had a quick glance at one of the streams and I am still just not convinced. The amount of time I have spent on TSW has been very low and...
I wouldn't have thought this is what you were looking for, but I am sure we had a 91 named after the guide dogs in the 90s, I don't think the name...
The Blue/grey MkIs are the biggest attraction of this DLC to me. Will they be able to sub in for the MKIIs or is that easier said than done?
It is a lovely route, as I have said many times, which does stick out to be a shining star of DTG's route collection after Liam & Co's treatment...
A possibility, but no use for consoles, which I tend to use more than the PC these days.
At the minute what is stopping me from playing very much, barring time constraints, is the issues in the core affecting all routes such as the...
In TSW I hope! :D Yes, I agree with you there mate, that is always a good start to a trip. I always compare the feeling to making that perfect...
Just thinking about what were being said on the last page, I think the inclusion of the 142 from BPO, updated of course, in this route may have...
Over the years I have picked up a few things which I would say apply to this thread. The first and one that I have loved before even having any...
I had an excellent book about lost stations which is in a box somewhere now, in actual fact I have a few books which are bloody good reads. I...
Cheers Liam mate.
I have watched the stream, the whole stream, and bloody hell it is not looking particularly good. The 150/2 still sounds like the dryer, which is...
Is this just at stations, or do they now also appear at the various crossings along the route too?
How is that relevant here?
Personally, Transpennine, unless you mean WCML over Shap, in which case that would be the choice.
It is such a shame to be where we are now, two years ago I would still be shedding praise for how well DTG did on the route I know rather well as...
WSR is a real star and should be the sort of quality DTG aim for on all releases. Liam & Co did an incredible job with it.
I am yet to watch the stream still, however from what I am reading here it is not looking great. I can understand that things won't be perfect,...
There is the viaduct into Truro down in Cornwall. Bloody lovely.
I do hope they are better, I think it will just be a case of wait and see now.
The TSW signature stutters which seem to be in the core ready to impact any route, to any degree, at any point.
