Taking the best version and removing the rest is not possible because in TSW each route is its own game.

Yeah, on a modern PC DX11 performance in TSW is terrible compared to DX12. I don't know why they still don't support it in their new game

I think you did not understand the issue people have. Buying and downloading TSW3 on steam automatically starts to download all your TSW2 DLC...
