It depends at what your current settings are at I would not be able to tell you exactly what to set them at.

They are aware players would like that off by default, they just haven't gotten around to it yet.

I would say if the screen just itself started shaking then I do not think it would be a PC problem, it may be your Graphics Card that is causing...
