oh man, I had exactly this same issue... I wanted to make a suuuuuperlong ICE 3 consist - in Free Roam it usually lets me to do only 2x 16 ICE 3...
also 463 control car for BR110, you can only select the one from Bremen Oldenburg... and since I have done a livery for the Linke Rheinstrecke...
not only full livery... like once I did a set of liveries (loco, coach, control car as separate liveries), and I needed old OBB logo for the loco...
usually the LZB also reads the max speed of the vehicle - like if you are on a freight M e.g., it sets max to 120... but sometimes, like those...

it would be nice if we could save certain groupings/complex shapes, like logos or pics that we created from simpler shapes... or even save all...
