Any chance nuclear flask trains operated there during the 80s as that would work with WCMLOS especially if the 20's are in Br blue.
Nothing really layers into other routes unless you have the class 33 dlc which layers into numerous Railtours on BML, ECW and SEHS.
Class 47 and 08 layer into NTP and WCL, class 142 layers into WCL and they all layer into WCMLOS.
