Yep, fully modelled like the real station
Yepp. From the top of my head: 'Airport' 387's from the HX depot at Old Oak to Paddington, and back. Services between Heathrow and Paddington...
That is fixed as part of the remaster :)
Things that I can say for sure are in from your list Paddington bear statue under clock on platform 1. (Donkey instead of bear for legal reasons)...
Current GWR HST/166 will remain. Blue HST/166 is a new train you can drive or spawn in
Distant scenery and pretty much all scenery has been gone over. Especially noticeable on Hanwell Viaduct where you can see quite the distance
Nothing to confirm at this time YET but Rhys who worked on the WSR and Cathcart remaster audio has spoken to me about doing the same with GWE.
Proper fix. All track that should have electrification now correctly does. Missing wires and gantries have been added in places where they should...
No speed control I'm afraid. GWE is a special one for me as it's the route that really got me into TSW. Plus the HST's being one of my favourite...
I'll look into the first class with open doors as it should be there if I recall correctly.
Suspension for all GWE stock (66, FKA, HKA, 166 and HST) Suspension for Diesel Legends includes the 08, Mk1 and Mk2. It's possible the rest of the...
No plans to make those doors work like the EMT one. Will take a look at the stickers though. I'm sure there is a first class GWR Mk3 that does...
As like previous remasters there are no 'new' trains with this update, just liveries for existing trains.
There's a few stock improvements, such as both the HST and 166 getting the new weather glass, lighting and GSM-R. For the HST itself there's...
GWE will be in the same era as it currently is (2015/2016). Electrification has been fixed with updated OHLE models and some extra bits around...
Yeah it was the top one :D Amazing work!
319! The blue Thameslink ones were my local train growing up
It's likely so but that was fixed. I'll need to double check if my fix went in for the release as it was submitted very close to launch.
I don't think I've ever booted the editor up so fast after seeing that appear on stream XD
Whitecraigs was an issue caused by me which is now fixed. Basically the light controllers for each station or light source have a setting where...
Regarding Cathcart lighting, all light sources have been reworked for ToD 4. This includes stations having lighting reworked to match real life...
Nope, they are outside player boundaries. The boundaries have also been fixed that let players drive/ride trains fully outside the route.
Purely scenery for AI as they are outside the player boundaries.
I don't know, sorry.
It's one of the bullet points of the 'Cathcart Circle Remaster' list in the latest roadmap. There's no pics of either station though.
Pretty much this. PIS boards work per platform so had to fake it the best I could, with 15 of the 16 screens showing info for platforms 1-15 then...
Yep. Both track and signals have had an overhaul for this remaster. (Work in progress image) [IMG]
The PIS board is set up with 1 board per platform, with the far right one displaying the time rather than platform departures. There's also a...
Should point out these aren't in the playable area but rather scenery pieces which that player can see and AI trains will stop at.
That one is from an older build where the light baking wasn't finished. Here's a newer pic with more recent lighting baking touches. Of course...
The livery was something I added for use on GOBLIN, where unbranded GX 387's run on the ECML as AI services. It's not a new livery but just an AI...
Glasgow Central is getting some work done, including the missing PIS and moving the passenger spawns out of player view
Can't confirm any specifics regarding new bits and scenery but Crosshill station has had the missing PIS and monitors added along with other...
All lighting in the route is being upgraded with the addition of new city/ambient lighting. No more total darkness in the route where there should...
These are so neat!
Adding more paths is possible. Just in the case of WSR it would likely be something I would have to do in my spare time like the remaster was...
Scenario planner paths is something I've done a couple of times in the past. For bigger routes this process can be a bit time consuming, depending...
If a GWE remaster would happen then I'd very much like to see both of GWE 66's bought up to modern standards, including audio and visuals.
I didn't add any new paths to scenario planner but that's on me for not thinking about it at the time. Maybe in a future update though.
You can extend a route by removing the portals and building track from there. But that would requires teams to build new art, lay track, signals...
Probably worth saying that any remaster in the style of WSR will most definitely not have new stations/track/extensions.
HST wipers have a fix (quoting Matt on stream) and GWE can be remastered without a GWR license, just can't add new stock or stations.
I do love GWE :)
Thank you for all the kind words here. It's great to see people are enjoying the remaster :)
The 150 was used to represent the real life Taunton Shuttle service between Taunton and the West Somerset Railway, which used a GWR Class 150.
Not part of this update, although AI whistle boards will be added to the route which will trigger the AI to sound the horn if they pass between...
The new timetable uses the Peak Forest DLC for the steam services, with the Flying Scotsman pack adding a couple more steam services.
Had the same issue caused by the Mk1's boarding splines. Should be fixed in this update.
Already on the mainline as AI :)
The old and new timetable have been set up to allow for future timetables to be added. Would be up for seeing a mixed power timetable that could...
