It has always been bright and isn't due to TSW2. They won't touch the sky anymore as it's a preserved collection and the sky is still from TSW2020
Have also completed the introduction for the Bakerloo line only to select the route again and be put back into the introduction

I believe it's linked up to either your store account or to DTG. So you don't need to keep TSW2020 installed.
Agree with your 3rd issue - I've gone back to the classic controls as it's more free with the camera
