I don't think there is backward compatibility between TSW3 nad TSW2 content in regards to SoS and SEHS, means, if you bought it as a part of TSW3...

You can still have and use your TSW2, as TSW3 is a new, separate game, hence have absolutely no impact of your TSW2 collection.
