At the moment it is impossible to upload logos/images to the livery designer because of copyright concerns.

Well, most passenger locomotives/trainsets are being designed by overseas companies. Siemens is based in Germany.
But I do understand the concern about copyright and all that, but with the number of different shapes, you could probably create your own logos...
