This is ridiculous, makes you feel like they didn't even test it.
You can zoom in no problem, but it doesn't count as actually looking at the screen.
I grabbed mine via the Add-Ons section of the Store, you can also find it under the listing for TSW2.
What's up? I downloaded the base game, and all available Preserved Collection content, which all loads up fine.

Still not seeing it 2 hours later.
TSW DLC usually goes live at midnight here in the UK, this is the first time it hasn't rolled out as planned.
It's not showing up in-game on Xbox One. The achievements are there, but there's no tutorial, no scenarios, nothing.
I've now gone up an M7 level, and completed 5 scenarios, but distance travelled isn't tracking at all.
This has already been fixed via a patch.
Specifically, anything on the LIRR, attempting to complete Tier 2 Mastery, despite the diorama for Tier 1 not unlocking, but I'm stuck at 4/5...
