The BR 145 would be great to use as regional service on frankfurt fulda due to the vmax of 140 what the usual vmax on that route is. Why? Because the only really regional services you can drive are on dresden leipzig where the regional services drive with a vmax of 160 so when driving the br 145 on dresden leipzig you will always be at least 5 minutes too late which is kinda annoying i think its wasted potential
