2 Speeds Indicated - Meaning?

Can someone please tell what the and why are there 2 speed markers showing on the tracker (top right)

 

Could you provide a picture for context?

 

I assume these are the speeds for diverging turnouts.
Ich gehe davon aus, dass dies die Geschwindigkeiten für abzweigende Weichen sind.

 

Just because you're going across the points

 

above or below the line is the same so you read it as 30 / 125 / 30 / 40
and indeed the changes are because of switches you run over

 

Always go for the slowest speed.
