In the TS2022 Core Release announcement was a number of changes to the 323 https://forums.dovetailgames.com/threads/train-simulator-2022-update-notes-30-09-2021.46072/ With normal TS20xx trains if you have an Emergency Brake Application the it counts it as an error at the end of the game. Does it also count it as an error when you open the 323 doors? Peter
If the train is still moving then yes it would count as a operational error. But if the train is at a complete stop then no it should not count as a operational error.
