Many of the issues I have are with how hard it is to see everything in this game. I can see fine (although it IS confusing at times), but my wife has a hard time seeing things and she absolutely refuses to play because she can't tell what's going on. The issues I've noticed are: - how hard it is to see the robber (he blends in and it's not immediately evident where he's at) - can't tell where you're placing the robber (highlights are very hard to see, especially if you've got roads near the tile you're putting it on) - Tiny numbers next to a small logo of wheat, brick, etc. representing each resource in your hand. Why not just cards, which would be much easier to see what's in your hand at a glance? - no option to get a top-down view, like the view you get when placing your initial settlements - difficulties seeing where everything is placed on the board (settlements/cities/roads) -- hard to distinguish because there's so much going on (would be nice to have a "Classic Board" option) - dice is obstructed/obscured by the trees and mountains on the tiles - can't zoom in/out on the board - the instructions on which buttons to press are SO SMALL. It says "(X) CONTINUE (HOLD)" in size 8 font at the bottom on the screen. These should be in the middle of the screen, and about 5-10x bigger than they are. AND FINALLY... I realize that this likely won't happen unless it is already in development, but I just want to say that I would spend hundreds more hours and a bunch more money to get a SEAFARERS expansion pack with a bunch of map layouts. This would increase the replayability of this game tenfold. The Base game is fun and all, but a bunch of Seafarers maps would make this soooo much better.
