I would like to suggest the following train addon package for the „Linke Rheinstrecke“:

    1. BR 103 in Orientrot (Orient Red), (without Spoiler/Skirts and without the metal DB badge - ok, I'm just dreaming) for all available BR 103 services
    2. Inter Regio coaches based on the existing IC coaches, in typical white livery with blue stripes and mint blue seats for all IR services
    3. BR 110.3 in Ozeanblau/ Elfenbein (Ocean Blue/ Ivory) livery with red DB logo

I know that there are already mods out there which exchange the IC coaches with IR painted ones. But I‘m pretty sure that a lot of players (especially console users like me, which can’t use mods) would buy such an packet since it’s not possible to recolor the interior of the original IC coaches. And Oceanblue was very common for the 110’s, much more than Oriental Red. In my opinion this would add without too much effort some more variety and a little bit of colourful 90‘s feeling to this wonderful route.

And yes, it would be nice if such a package would include a BR 155 or 143 in a livery of that era in order to substitute the 110.3 as a freight loco, but I think that will not happen. And yes, "Silberlinge" would be cool, too, but since they had an complete different interior I think this isn’t a realistic suggestion, too.

I would pay 8 - 12 Euro for this. What do you think?

I don't neccesarily mind this, and for a low price I think it's a fair interim solution until we get actual InterRegio coaches (these are based on completely different coaches than the IC coaches in game). Also, I don't think an orient red BR 103 without skirts and metal logos is dreaming, it should be the minimum if they're gonna ask the price of the recent loco pack. I think on the long term a pack that adds an all new freight loco (like the BR 140, which strongly bases on the BR 110, but with a different body shell and bogies and without e-brakes) and some more wagons for freight, and a pack that adds proper IR coaches (based on the m-Wagen, also known as UIC-x Wagen) and an orient red BR 103 (or even a BR 120 and an orient red BR 103) for passenger services is what is really needed. This could perhaps also be achieved with other '90s routes and layering/substituting in the future, but I think this is the best and quickest way to give LFR the variety and roundedness it needs and deserves. For such a pack I would of course be willing to pay considerably more than 12 euros. I've worked out a freight and a passenger expansion pack in this suggestion here.

A blue/beige BR 110 should honestly have been included with the original route for free, but I would be willing to pay loco bundle prices if it came with silberling n-Wagen (with a reworked interior) or (near to) full loco DLC price if it came with UIC-x Wagen in blue/beige for D-train duty.

So basically another re-skin for quite some money? Not for me. It's not like Linke Rheinstrecke was incredibly work intensive for DTG vehicle wise (in fact it's lots of copy & paste) so if they do this kind of stuff, it should be a free update (and arguably should have been present from day one to provide a somewhat realistic and diverse experience), like the two ICE liveries should have been.

The fact that BR143 or BR155 liveries and layers as well as Silberlinge are considered "unrealistic" even for about 10 bucks imo shows what's wrong with DTGs DLC policy lately. So even going by principle I wouldn't buy anything like this.
