Xbox Series X Ai Dispatchers Fail

What’s the situation with the AI dispatchers? Do they only work on the new routes? In the ‘Manchester Airport Commuter’ DLC, the AI always opens the wrong side at stations in (some?) scenarios. I’ve only tested this in one scenario so far. Overall, the AI seems to be a bit unreliable at the moment!
