Route Airedale & Wharfedale Network: Leeds & Bradford - Skipton & Ilkley

So I drove the "Midnight train from Platform 0" scenario. What was spooky about it?

The weather this horrendous, which is cool as you have to concentrate.

But you speak to a female passenger before boarding the train, asking if it's the train to Bradford, then at the end you speak to a male passenger who was waiting for his wife. Then it comes up "well, that was spooky."

Was it? Did I miss something?


I personally prefer the one on Niddertalbahn when you see the ghostly signal.

 

All I noticed was a steam train pass me about half way.

 

Yeah and that. I just assumed it was a Railtour.

 

Mee too I got admit that I think the newer scenarios are pretty much just end to end runs. And that's it nothing special and you dont even have to anything extra.

 

Scenarios have never really been good in TSW. There are a few exceptions, but apart from those it's usually just timetable service with 1 difference. Look at for example Köln - Aachen and try to name even 1 interesting thing that happens in those scenarios.

 

I think the main point of scenarios now is to learn how to drive a certain train. Not very exciting for me

 

I’m playing the Journey Mode chapters, but I’ve noticed something really strange… Where is the last portion of my train? I spawn into the next Journey Mode run and this is what I get… XD

Class 333 Service: 2D79 *no mods active*

 

Is that the last job in chapter 3 ?

 

Yeah it is...... I have never seen this before in TSW and i have seen a lot of strange issues before in this game.....

 

Same for me on xbox if I remember there was one other job where that happened I can't remember witch route I think it was a Scottish route.

 

Same for me. But it works in timetable mode.

 

Set the date to 22nd Dec in Timetable mode and Journey mode will be updated with the AP and medals. It doesn't seem to work if you choose another date.

Is it just me or is the raildriver totally hosed on this route in the 331 - I can't seem to be able to put the reverser in forward and the normal light switch operaztes the wipers ... reaaly thought they had fixed the raildriver in TSW6 and now this.

 

Is there plans to sort the announcements on the 331? Can’t believe that they are accurate with no “we are now approaching…” but the “This is….” On approach? Find it really off putting.
