Is this Just in Train Simulator 2020 or does it apply to other games and do you have a Game pad connected?
Yes just with latest TS2020 upgrade. I have checked on here and found others have suggested an audio problem. This I couldn't believe so I decided today to try it for myself, so I ran my scenario's with my USB Bluetooth headphones and everything went okay, until I tried to run a Class 390 on the "Trent Valley" route and it froze my PC almost immediately. I decided has a test, to restart my PC and Train Sim 2020, with the same scenario using my hardwired headphones instead and guess what the scenario ran perfectly and completed no problem. So is there a audio problem with using a USB audio stick and Bluetooth headphones ??? Anybody at DTG want to comment ?
Try Microsoft. It's a windows update that's caused the problem, that's been acknowledged by MS etc etc
You can also go to the manufacture of the headphones website and see if there is a new driver for the headphones.
I have contacted DTG and they say it's a 64bit problem, with how Windows authorise the memory usage. They are investigating this issue and advice not use 64bit with Bluetooth headphones. I have checked everything with 32bit and it works okay.
