I believe ATP is supposed to be implemented at some point but apparently it's "complicated" just like PIS. However Jay/Steve said recently that there's a focus on revisiting older DLC to fix things so maybe this missing functionality might be addressed at the same time. Fingers crossed.
ATP is a lot like ACSES. Now that they have done one PTC system with ACSES, they should have the knowledge to also do another PTC system with ATP.
