Lukas just updated yesterday they only started looking at the list and that it is quite long. Considering they have other duties as well, I wouldn't expect them to finish before the end of the week. And again, so long as Matt hasn't posted here that they have finished reaching out, they still work on it.
Apologies - we had a family medical emergency last week and i'm handling that as a priority, i'll get back to this once I get back but I know Lukas is looking through the list in my absence to speed things up once I return. Thanks for the kind messages, much appreciated. My wife is on the mend now and being taken excellent care of by the amazing NHS team at Medway Maritime hospital. A couple more tests to be done to pin down the cause, and hopefully not too long to come home, so yeah on the up Matt.

Hi Folks, Happy to report my wife was ejected from the hospital today and is resting at home. All about resting up and healing now, CPR really does a huge number on the body. Thank you so much for all the positive words from everyone! I'm going to be getting back to work from Monday, and will get back to this beta process as soon as I can - after a couple of weeks off, I've got a fair to bit to catch up on as you can imagine but my team have done an amazing job in my absence! We've looked at options for beta on playstation multiple times and it's just not feasible. On xbox we can set up multiple streams and switch specific consoles over to them - you can't do that on playstation. Beta on playstation requires doing a full second upload of the entire game and all DLC to a completely separate set of spaces on the servers - which is an enormous amount of work and really not viable for a game like TSW - but beyond that, it's not necessarily representative either because you're not testing the same build structure as the live game, if there's an error in one not present on the other you will get variances in all the places that you really want to ensure are identical (e.g. how dlc is uploaded/structured etc). Xbox is exactly the same, we just push that build live, much the same as we do on Steam. I'd love to have beta on PS and if we find a way that works, I'll be pushing for making it happen. Matt.
Oh my gosh! That CPR was even needed does a number on loved ones also. I hope all of you are recovering as best as possible.
Glad she is recovered enough from her experience to now be how. As a retired RN, I know how CPR can effect the whole body.

Hi dude, if you look at previous messages in the thread, you'll see that Matt's wife had a medical emergency and he only got back to work last week. He's had to catch up with work bits and the list of applicants is huge. So, give them time.
No i have Over 300 GB on my Xbox with TSW 5 Content, but i‘m tired how the Game is Running with blurry textures. So i want to help and test the DLCs to fix This issue
As someone who has been through the whole thing with NDAs and knowing about future content, it really isn't that exciting. Plus the beta version will not be a pleasant experience from what Matt's said, so it isn't the golden ticket people think it is.
Doomotron, you are correct, it is the assisting with getting a dlc that is ready for prime time, even with the slog of running a 'buggy' beta over and over.
It’s not for the faint of heart. I’m sort of glad there isn’t a beta programme on PS5 because I would be tempted to do it as I think I could offer value (not on the railway knowledge but on the PS5 playing experience itself and spotting bugs) but I also think it would take away much of the enjoyment of playing and the reporting would take too much time I think. All the downloading would be a right pain too. I know myself well enough to know I would probably tire of it fairly quickly.
I hope they get enough people because they need players to test content. But I wonder if some of these eager beavers realize what's involved. I know I wouldn't have the time, I barely have time to play normally. And, besides, I can't keep my big mouth shut.
