Hmm, maybe it wasn't crystal clear. Basically it goes like this: Store gets sent an update> Store either accepts or rejects the update> if the update is rejected, the Team will need to be in and make the adjustments the store requests> pretty much do this process until all the stores say they like it and it's approved. Final Approval> Everyone gets an update! Edit: I've had to send several updates for approval for other games where I was a CM and Dev, and if somehow the words or code somewhere don't meet store compliance, they send it back.
Armistice Day is NOT a public holiday here in the UK unfortunately. Just a normal workday for one and all.
Ah, that I don't know. I know some folks were out, so I figured that was it. A couple of folks said they had a holiday, so it may just be pre-planned time off. I wasn't off, though, so I'm just sitting and waiting on an update like y'all are right now.
Appreciate the response! That does help understand the process a bit better! So its kind of an 'open ticket' it gets sent.. changes can be made.. and as soon as the other end say OK it goes out all in one go? That definitely makes more sense that what i had pictured in my mind!
Yeah, pretty much. I'm glad that helps! I know sometimes I may not always explain stuff as well as I can, so I'm sorry for the confusion. I can say right now everything is just waiting on that process, and I'll update as soon as I can. I suspect we'll see the update on Friday, but I can't guarantee it. I know we had like 20 games pulled from various platforms with another production team I worked with due to an update to GDPR one time. That was a fun time I never want to experience again.
