As of two days ago (May 14th), BNSF has finally announced their US Semiquincentennial (250th Anniversary) locomotives. They worked with Mid-America Car in Kansas City, MO (the same company that painted the recently restored (and now operational!) ATSF SD45-2 Bicentennial Unit #5704). The 3 new BNSF US 250th units are ES44ACHs, and they look amazing in my opinion. Their livery looks similar to #5704's.
Hopefully we could get some US 250th Anniversary locos in game. We would have to get routes for most of them. However, most of the US 250th locos are from shortlines or museums. The BNSF (and UP as well) US 250th locos would be perfect locos for BNSF Cajon Pass and UP Sherman Hill. In addition, we'd get a cool new loco for BNSF: the ES44ACH.
Here's a photo from BNSF's website. I like this livery. As a BNSF RR modeler in 3-Rail O-Scale, I might have to order one of these units for my layout.

Now we just need to convince BNSF to create a Heritage Fleet like NS, UP, CSX, etc.
