Xbox Boston Sprinter Catenary Issue

I have previously mentioned that the Class 387 pantograph is broken while testing on this route, this may be the routes fault because I was driving another train (TGV Duplex) and the same thing happened, also the pantograph at Forest Hills is off centered

 

So just how is the 387 pantograph broken?The london commuter line has no overhead lines to use it.

 

What I meant is that it may not be an issue with the class 387
