Just configured a single scenario. ACS64 with 2 coaches.. from South Station to Providence, stopping at every station. Unloaded, not a passenger service, so not need for door. Just wanted to take a ride down the route to note speed limits. Did not configure any other traffic. Leaving Platform, dwarf Stop signal. Contacted dispatcher, no effect, no message. Waited about 5 minutes.. light doesn't change. ATC shows, restricted, 10 and ACSES Passing signal fails scenario. Every signal on map indicates red. So basically cannot run a scenario out of South Station. Tried with various route combination and tracks.
