So whilst completing the steel gaze scenario for the DB Br363 on the RSN I had a BR185.5 (the black MRCE one) pass me on a steel train heading for Hagen. Apart from randomly spawning in the two power move services this is the only ever time I have seen the BR185.5 running in TSW on the RSN and in a scenario as well. So that must mean loco allocation for ai services in a scenario default state of random? Because they can't put it down as just the BR185.5 to be used as some people might not have the Rhine Ruhr Osten route. Has any one else had the Black Br185.5 appear randomly inside a scenario on the RSN or the new BR 363 scenarios? Regards Hentis
Yes, I’ve had the 185.5 substitute in for a couple of scenarios that weren’t on RRO and the steel gaze one. It was a pleasant surprise, it actually adds more loco color variety. I don’t mind at all really.
I was surprised to see substitution happening in scenarios and services in Journey Mode. I don’t think it happens on every route.
I had this happen on TSW 2020 too. The 185.5 would sometimes appear on RSN along with the 146.2. They would be in the 5xloco transfer move. I had 2x 146.2, a 185.5 and 2x 185.2s in it.
I've only seen 185.2 while doing 383 scenarios Haven't done any 383 timetable services yet The 185.2 I saw was doing it's own shunting duties and I had to wait at a red signal for it a couple of times
I saw the 185.5 in the Ruhr Sieg Nord Timetable Mode a few Times. There is this Service where you bring a number of Locomotives to Finnentrop. The 185.5 was always at the end of the Train. But that only happened to me after the Release of Riesa-Dresden If that's important, I'll play on Xbox.
