What do you think about being able, as an option, to buy only the locomotives to use in the Scenario Planner mode? For exemple: someone does not want to buy Clinchfield, but wants the F7 locomotive to be used in Scenario Planner... I believe it would be a way to expand the options of the game. Good or bad idea?
Considering route add-ons usually include a nice selection of rolling stock for a decent price (compared to loco add-ons), I'm not really missing this option. It would however be nice if loco add-ons would be truly standalone and not require their 'home' route add-on.
