Why the hell make this compulsory? Yes there are colour blind players, but 99 per cent are not. It's bad enough not being able to disable that god awful centre dot on PS4 and now this? DTG,stop making tis game worse, you need to provide OPTIONS.

I went to the local thrift store and bought a keyboard for $2.99. That gives me the option to turn off all of the HUD, even that center dot! As for the changes to the signals. If it helps those who are color blind then it’s a welcome edition, even if it takes some time to get used to!

I actually quite like them. Each to their own though

Maybe turn off next signal distance/aspect? More realistic without anyway.

To be fussy about 10% of men have some degree of colour blindness. It is almost unheard of in women so assuming a 50/50 gender split in users (which, though I hesitate to make such a broad assumption, seems unlikely) about 5% of players will be colour blind to some extent.

Well, seeing as it doesn't really change anything for you, but does for those who are colourblind, what is the issue?

I didn't like it when I first saw it, but seeing as you can turn the marker off, it is pretty insignificant.

I'm glad they've finally added it tbh as my friend who introduced me to the game is colour-blind and had to ask his partner to call upcoming signals for him!

I was annoyed at first, but got used to it pretty quickly. A toggled option would be nice though.

If it helps those that are colour blind, I don't consider there's a problem.

i feel like something is staring at me with those signals. yes we can turn them off but i do like to see the next signal coming up because we have no zoom option on ps4. i do think we should have an option to change to normal aspect signals or the tram signals. i would choose normal aspect signals over the tram signals because we are driving trains not trams.

But train drivers in real life don't have zoom, or next signal markers. They have the MK1 eyeball and AWS.

The next signal marker is a luxury for us gamers

But real life is in (at least) 4k with no blurry textures. Well with my glasses on anyway. :)

I usually drive with the next signal marker HUD on but the next signal state off - so I haven't actually seen these new symbols yet!

I turned the markers off and keep them in the top right, It means I'm not seeing three floating markers on screen at all times but still means I have no clue of a speed change in 1.3miles when there's one in 1.1miles as I am used to in TSx

Ah yes I got that wrong. When I said marker I meant HUD. Those floating markers were the first things I turned off when I got the game.

Well try the static markers if you feel they would benefit. I much prefer them to "crap which takes up my screen space"
