Can't complete the BR143 tutorial on Naherverker - Dresden (PC Steam) due to a red light at Priestewitz
This is a known issue that has a workaround! If you own TSW2 make a new driver profile and complete the 143 tutorial. Load up TSW3 and import that profile. Use that profile to complete the training missions and unlock the achievement/trophy
Then I'm afraid you're stuck until DTG pull their thumb out and fix it along with all the other bugs and broken achievements
I'm not able to complete the next introduction either. This time it says to wait for brakes to charge, as explained here: https://forums.dovetailgames.com/threads/br-146-2-bug.19122/ I tried pushing buttons, but it didn't work for me.
It looks like they broke this specifically with TSW3, as I've watched YouTube videos with people finishing the module in TSW2. Since I just got the game (TSW3) I don't have a workaround. At least now I know it is broken in the game and not just my system. For the folks at DTG: The issue is there is a Red signal about 500m after the Priestewitz station stop. If you approach this signal and request Controler clearance you get a "Denied, wait for signal to change" message. If you just go past the signal, you get the standard "Failed: blah blah" message, and the game ends. Watching people do this in TSW2 the same signal is Red at Priestewitz, however, after they close the passenger doors, the signal changes to Green and they can proceed. It would be interesting to know how the game upgrade broke such a simple event.
broke for me to. cant do the apparent work around because guess what? in all of dtg's infinite glory, dovetail live refuses to let me make an account and if i try in game, it always has "net work error has occured" on the tsw2 game. absolutely pathetic.
So we had a Dresden update yesterday, I can't understand why this was not fixed in that release, given the number of complaints about this. I just want to unlock the trophy, so that I can say I have all trophies. But Oh wait, the Glossop tutorial trophy is also broken
Yeah, the embarrassing thing is they say now thanks to brake fixes the tutorials can be completed. Well, brake issues or not they were all already completable except for this one, that remains broken. How much longer is it going to take?? If it's of any help it seems a switch a few hundred meters down the track in the supposed path to take after the red light never really switches....
