Cant Seem To Find A Download For Pc Editor

Hi, Ive played TSW for a long time TSW 2, since TSW3 I own every version of it. Currently i only have TSW 7 Installed. I have never downloaded the PC Editor from Epic Games. When i search up "Train Sim Word PC Editor" it cant find anything, i tried Web and Browser. When i click on a link, it says 404 Page not found. My Epic Account is linked with Steam account. I do not own any TSW on epic.

 

To Clarify: I own TSW 2 on PS4, and 3,4,5,6,7 on Steam
