What I’m proposing is someone to compile a guide to the Cathcart signalling as noticed on multiple signals (particularly those nice new square ones) making 1st appearance in tsw2 there’s a lot in different places that light up with a letter or letters above the signal in white however for people me included who have never actually travelled on Cathcart circle ⭕️ so don’t know what these different things mean/ represent

At Glasgow Central all signals have an illuminated number when green, or at an aspect of caution.
These numbers represent what track you will be going on.
As for the solid letters & numbers, I'm unaware what they are. However these ones here: 9d26c93a-aced-4007-857f-ea703289d000.jpeg
(On the way to Shields Road Depot) represent Down Ayr (DA) & Up Ayr (UA).
