I would spend untold amounts to be able to drive on the Chiltern main line from Marylebone, what a glorious line that would be!!

If DTG get a Chiltern railways licence, absolutely this is an option for an upcoming route.

You might want to read this
Matt's Advice On Tsw Suggestions | Dovetail Games Forums
to detail your threads and tell DTG why this line or any other routes or loco add-ons you suggest would be worth it.
Give motive power options, add images of said motive power or images of unique landmarks along the route. Explain why you suggestion would be a good DLC
How many services can you drive?
    How many are end-to-end?
What layers from existing DLC would be present?
Are there any points of interest anywhere?

However, if you're interested in the Chiltern region, no developer is likely to do the entire network in 1 route, London Marylebone to Birmingham Moor Street is around 115 miles, and while not impossible, would be a big hit on performance, especially for consoles. If the Chiltern Mainline would come to TSW, it would likely only go as far as Oxford or Leamington Spa at a stretch.

Before anyone brings up Kassel to Wurzburg and its length of 115 miles, that route is a German High Speed line with minimal scenery, a not very substantial timetable and just isn't anywhere near as complex as the Chiltern network

Also, do a search first; there are multiple suggestion threads for this route.
