Wikipedia Article This is the Chicago L the third-busiest mass transit system in the United States. This suggestion is about the Brown Line, which connects Downtown Chicago with Albany Park in the north. The lines only real terminus station is Kimball, on the southern end the line drives around the Loop which eliminates the need to change directions. Being the only line that uses the full Loop whilst driving anti-clockwise, you'll have many trains coming the opposite way, resulting in longer stops on junctions to give way. The Loop is not only the name of the elevated rail track but also the nickname of Chicago's downtown. This shows the importance and influence of the L on the history of the city. Yes please. The Chicago elevated seems to be a pretty unique system, and I believe it's pretty famous as well. I'd be very interested in this route, the scenery is pretty different from the usual stuff.
Yes please, this would be great. I have family in Chicago and would always ride this line, specifically from Rockwell. I would definitely love to drive it. One thing that DTG would need to figure out is the iconic automated messages announcing the next station, the train rules, and when the doors are closing. Also hopefully they would get other sounds right, I’ve noticed a whistling noise at higher speeds, and of course track sound.
I agree with you on that one and DTG needs Lee Crooks the voice of Chicago Transit Authority elevated lines. Remember the game has Chris Lohner the ÖBB station announcer voice on DB BR182 Rapid Transit and the Black version Haputstrecke Hamburg-Lübeck.
That would be an interesting route to add as a route dlc for TSW 2 Rush hour after they release for this summer.
