PC Class 20

Does anyone know if the newly confirmed class 20 will be added to the list of loco’s that you can use for the vintage rail tour, on ECW, or possibly used on WSR, like the class 31?

 

In yesterday's stream Matt was asked for that. He did not answered with yes.

Lol, I've seriously missed that article... Again great news, it will add some variety. As this loco was used for both passenger and freight services, it might be fitting to haul some passenger coaches with this one indeed

 

I missed it as well...as it was not posted in the Dovetail Live Articles section of this forum as they usually are (lack of community manager may have had something to do with that).

I discovered this DLC by seeing it listed on the TSW steam page

 

Exactly! Also, it was nowhere described in the email newsletters I regularly get, strange... This may be the first TSW DLC that isn't posted on the forum by a DTG employee, lol

 

It wasn't in the newsletter as they normally go out on a Friday and this was announced on Saturday (I think)...so it just missed the cutoff. The lack of any official forum post about it is why it went completely under my radar.

 

So the forums at the moment are non existent for them at least.

 

I think there must have been a rush to get the announcement out by the end of May, as it has been a month where little has happened TSW wise. It does seem odd that nobody could take that extra minute to put a post on the forum linking to the article. The result of that is several threads called “Class 20” due to no logical place for everyone to post about the imminent release.

 

Also nothing on the official Instagram page, too?

 

Will be usable on the West Somerset Railway based on the Steam listing.
