Here's another Canadian National route yet to be created for Train Sim World 2. The route is over 80 miles. It would go from Jasper to Valemount. It would set in the 1980's-1990's-2000's-present day. The CN rolling stock would include GP40-2LW's, SD40-2W's, ET44AC's, ES44AC's, SD70M-2's, SD75I's, GP9RM's, C40-8M's, SD40T-2's, SD40-2's, GP30's, AC4400CW's, Dash 9's, SD60's, SD70ACE's, GP35's, and GP38-2's with the same freight equipment Train Simulator has. The VIA Rail rolling stock would include F units and F40PH's pulling the Skeena and Super Continental with passenger equipment.
Oh yeah we definitely need more CN routes considering the fact that Oakville is the only CN route as of late 2021. I would especially love to see the GE C40-8M which is a full width cowl unit. I love to think of it like the six axle freight version of the GE Genesis. More specifically the P40DC. I even would love to have the ability to go into the engine room.
Also VIA Rail on the Super Continental (later Canadian when it got diverted from the Revelstoke CP route) and of course the wee little Skeena train to Prince Rupert. Classic F units preferred!
Oh yeah Canadian mountain passes would be a nice challenge. More so than Sand Patch Grade or even Sherman Hill
