Conductor mode in TSW has been having a bumpy ride since its debut a few years ago. Right now, I would describe the feature as being minimalistic, and sometimes boring or monotonous: Always "Off-Peak Return" ticket type Always "Adult Standard Class" Many times, few or no tickets to check in-between stops As a side-task, sometimes you get to clear objects like bags standing in the middle of the isle In real life, Conductors have multiple tasks on-board, including: Safety tasks Providing information to passengers Checking tickets and issuing fines Right now, the game focuses mainly on the latest one, and in a minimalistic way. Hence, here's what I would like to propose for a new Conductor Mode 2.0: New Ticket Types and new "Passenger Types" First Class tickets Youth tickets Senior tickets Child/baby tickets Monthly passes Random Events Medical emergency on-board, with Conductor having to perform first-aid and communicating with the Train Driver to ask for Emergency Services on the next stop. When the next stop is further away, this can lead to an unplanned stop on a station ahead. Non-compliant/Aggressive Passenger behaviour, with Conductor having to communicate with the Train Driver to get the Police on the next step. Rude/Selfish Passenger behaviour (e.g loud music, phone call on speakers, laying on 2 seats, with feet on the seat, etc), with Conductor having to address those passengers. Related with the existing Train Faults feature that exists as a Driver, those could still occur while playing as a Conductor, and sometimes it could require the Conductor to assist the Driver. Some examples include: stuck doors, issues on the pantograph on the rear unit (when 2 or more trains are coupled together) requiring the Conductor to go to the 2nd unit cab and re-raise the pantographs of the second unit as the Driver should not leave the cab. Informing passengers For example, Passengers asking for directions or which trains to take to go to a destination (this one may be harder to implement) Let me know what you think. Best, Bruno

would also like to be able to toggle ticket checks on or off, as sometimes I prefer to just ride in the rear cab and do the doors only. also, being able to blow a whistle would be great
