I think that it would be really cool if there was a consist designer for things like scenario planner where you could edit exactly what was in your consist (including stuff you made in the livery designer). For example, choosing what livery you want for a double talent two, whether it be the DB branding on one talent and your livery on the other talent 2. Another example could be choosing what cars you want on a large CSX train.
