Is there some sort of current problem with Creators Club? I attempted to download a livery and scenario in-game which wouldn't let me subscribe to, now everytime I load up TSW3 it just freezes after a few seconds on the main menu. I went to log into the Creators Club via Dovetail live website to see if there was a corrupt download and first it told me my login details were incorrect when I knew for a fact they were correct, so opted for reset password and I've received nothing via e-mail and yes I've checked junk etc. etc. I then thought OK, I'll re-register, then all I get is Creator Club server error I have also done a verify of files but no joy. I cannot play TSW3 at the minute
Yep, having the same issue, menu freezing after +-15 seconds in-game. Removing the DTG Live credential fixed the issue. As a SW dev, I have to say... kinda astonishing design, that an online component failure can freeze the whole game...

As a temporary workaround, you can manually delete your old Dovetail Live Authorisation Session, allowing you to play TSW3 (without Dovetail Live services whilst we perform the maintenance), by following the steps below: Exit the game Right-click on 'Train Sim World 3' in your Steam game list and select 'Properties' Select 'Local Files' Click on 'Browse'- A file explorer for Windows will open Go into 'WindowsNoEditor' folder by double-clicking on it Then click the 'TS2Prototype' folder Then click 'Saved' Then click 'SaveGames' Delete 'dovetaillive.sav' Restart your game - it should start as normal (minus DTL services temporarily).
Hi, I read the post about DT Live services being down for maintenance steam users, is this also the case for console as well? I’m on PS4 and am getting “A network connection problem has occurred” on the sign in screen. This is after also having issues with Creator Club subscriptions, and trying to sign out of DT Live and back in to see if that solved the initial problem. Many thanks *Edit to quickly mention I had done network connection tests on the console and that was fine, other apps were working fine as well.

Not sorted for me, cannot login on ps5, on dovetails website tried to login there and it said my details where wrong when I knew that they were correct, for me it's simply logging into the servers when I start the TSW3.
